In the following privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website. We collect and process personal data only on the basis of legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

As soon as you, as a user, access or visit our website, your IP address, as well as the start and end of the session, are recorded. This is technically necessary and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact with Us

If you contact us, either via our contact form on our website or by email, the data you submit to us will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry or in the event of further follow-up questions. Your submitted data will not be shared without your consent.

Data Storage

To facilitate the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the online shop operator stores the IP address of the account holder via cookies, as well as name, address, and payment information.

The following data is also stored for contract processing: email, address.

The data you provide is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. A contract cannot be concluded without this data. The collected data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us for the delivery of goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.

If you abandon the purchasing process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will be stored beyond that until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR.
